Demers/42nd Underpass Project
The Demers/42nd Underpass Construction Project starts in 2026 and will be a 2-year project. Road Construction will shut down the intersection. Construction of New Parking Lot on Stanford Road
Construction will start this spring as soon as weather allows. We expect to see work to start around the May 1st timeframe. The parking lot is scheduled to be completed in early August 2025 in time for residence hall move-in and the beginning of Fall Semester.
